Now, with a dedication to his clients that is steadily earning him repeat and referral business, Alfano is finding the kind of success he always dreamed of. "I love working with people to help them meet their goals," He says. "One hundred percent of my effort goes into making sure they are happy."

Having that strong referral base means much to Alfano. "It means that someone has put their trust in me and I stepped up to the challenge and met their expectations," he says. "Not only do a lot of my friends hire me to be their REALTOR, but I have made many new friends out of my real estate clients, and that is such a rewarding felling."

Alfano represents both buyers and sellers with experience and knowledge in a wide variety of real estate transactions. " I treat people the way they deserve to be treated whether the transaction involves a first time home buyer, a luxury estate or a second investor."

He is also proud to be able to support his community. When a significant other died of breast cancer at the age of 32, Alfano didn't sit idle, he went into action. Enlisting the aid of other close friends and associates, he created "Pamela's Angels" to walk in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life. He also began Santa's House of Toys to benifit the children of Southington. "I see life as precious and feel fortunate to be able to give back and to make life better for someone else." Alfano believes that you should live your life to the fullest because life is too short not to enjoy it."
